NOTE Tauragé is in steady and balanced expansion. The company’s production is environmentally considerate, minimising any adverse ecological impact.

NOTE Tauragé’s management is accountable for the environmental impact of its activities, and to reduce any such effects undertakes to:

  • operate its environmental management system in accordance with the ISO 9001-2001 and ISO 14001-2005 international standards
  • aim for the continuous improvement of environmental protection
  • constantly enhance employee knowledge of all aspects of environmental protection
  • prioritise safety, working environment and employee healthcare matters
  • comply with environmental and other legislation
  • monitor pollution and its causes
  • utilise natural and energy resources rationally and economically
  • treat new and existing waste effectively
  • encourage all employees, irrespective of duties, roles and responsibilities, to endeavour to reduce the company’s environmental impact in daily operations.

The corporate management supports the implementation of this policy, the provision of resources to realise its goals and encourages the participation of all employees.
