NOTE is listed on NASDAQ OMX Nordic and applies the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the Code). In the Corporate Governance Report, the Board of Directors anually informs the shareholders and the capital market of the corporate governance in the company and how the Code is applied. The report does not constitute a part of the formal annual report documents, but still, it has been reviewed by the company's Auditors.
