Extraordinary General Meeting 2010

An EGM was held on 7 April at NOTE's head office at Vendevägen
85 A in Danderyd, Sweden.

The EGM resolved to amend the Articles of Association regarding the capital limits and limits on the number of shares to enable a new share issue and resolved to approve the Board of Directors' decision on the new issue of shares.
