Extraordinary General Meeting 2011

An EGM was held on 21 June at NOTE's head office at Vendevägen
85 A in Danderyd, Sweden.

The EGM approved the transfer of all shares in NOTE Tauragé UAB to, among others, Virginijus Liepis who is the Managing Director of the company.
